So, after reading Ann Wigmore’s Hippocrates Diet, I was very clear that I needed to get more sea vegetables in my diet. The problem is, I don’t much like them.
Nevertheless, I made a raw gomasio with kelp and dulse flakes mixed in with the germinated sesame seeds and sea salt. I sprinkle it on my daily lunchtime salads and get through okay. I’ve also been grubbing on kelp noodles every week mixing up the raw sauces — pesto, alfredo, marinara, and almond. They are all really tasty. I’ve even gotten the rest of the compound hooked on the health-filled Sea Tangle deliciousness. We’ll be ordering another three cases to split up between us. (I also started a little something with my raw kefir. Probiotics for everyone!)
